Gordon Ramsay's Lobster Risotto contains Arborio rice, white wine, chicken broth, butter, olive oil, white truffle oil, mascarpone, Parmesan cheese, salt, and lobster tail. The lobster tail is cooked in a "beurre monté," which is a French butter sauce. To make the "beurre monté," you'll bring about 4 tablespoons of water to a boil, then add a stick of butter, about 2 tablespoons at a time, stirring after each piece.
